My Story

I can remember the first year I had my menstrual cycle. I was being driven to school in 7th grade when I suddenly doubled over in pain. We turned around and I ended up staying home that day. This was the start of over two decades of battling severe stage IV endometriosis and adenomyosis. I learned early on that pharmaceuticals would only mask my symptoms, so I proceeded to create my own integrative path to healing. I did eventually endure several major surgeries and also experienced running the gamut of specialists, bi-weekly ER visits, massive endometriomas, dyspareunia, dysmenorrhea, and gaslighting from practitioners who didn’t believe I was sick because they couldn’t find a diagnosis. My journey led me to become my own health advocate, and I found relief from my symptoms through nutrition and lifestyle changes, as well as pelvic floor PT. Additionally, my mother suffered from several autoimmune conditions, long-term exposure to toxic mold, and multiple chemical sensitivities. I have learned so much firsthand and I want to help others navigate their path to a better quality of life.

About Me

Lindsay was born and raised in North Carolina and attended college in Tennessee where she received her BS in Animal Biology. Upon graduating she drove west to Wyoming to pursue a career in wildlife biology and spend time with immediate family. Lindsay worked on numerous wildlife conservation projects for nearly fifteen years, and eventually co-founded a wildlife rehabilitation center during that time.

After separating from her non-profit, she returned to school and received her MS in Nutrition and Integrative Health. She will always have a passion for wildlife conservation, but is grateful and excited to be in a position where she can also help people navigate their path to healing. In her spare time, she enjoys fly fishing, skiing, gardening, mountain biking, foraging, and spending time with her two cats and senior dog.
